I always ship available items within 1-2 business days when possible, so please double check your shipping address when you check out to make sure your package will go to the correct place.
USPS is my preferred carrier, but if you’re all the way across the country, UPS Ground might be less expensive and that’s what I’ll go with. Every package will have a tracking number that will be provided to you. If you have a preference of carrier or desire any extras like delivery confirmation or express shipping, please just let me know after checkout via email with your order number referenced. I’m at email@example.com.
If you live outside of the United States or Canada, please message me and I can provide a shipping quote. All international orders are sent without insurance, and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you’re in Brooklyn and would prefer to swing by the studio to pick up your purchase, send me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and let’s see if our schedules can align.
There is a lot of unpredictability in the process of making ceramics and always a surprise when you unload a kiln. I love this about the process and how it imprints on each item a little reminder that it's handmade. I hope you appreciate that, too.
But if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me undamaged and in its original condition within 7 days (notify me that it’s on its way). Assuming nothing breaks in transit, we can do a swap for another piece currently in stock. While I can sometimes do an exchange, I can’t cover any returning or new shipping charges.
There’s a lot of care that goes into packing up ceramics for shipment, but sometimes bad things happen along the way that are outside of our control. I only give refunds in the case of items damaged during shipment. Please write to me within 48 hours of receiving your package if this is the case.
Unfortunately, I can’t do refunds or returns on any custom orders.
